This notice explains how KOVA AI Inc. (“KOVA”, “we”, “us”) handles the information you share on this page. This page exists for one purpose: to let you join the KOVA waitlist.
What we collect
The email address you submit, the date and time of your submission, and basic technical information sent automatically by your browser (such as IP address, device and browser type), which we use for security and to keep the service working.
How we use it
To hold your place on the waitlist and contact you about KOVA’s launch, early access, and related updates.
To operate, secure, and improve this page.
To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run this page and our mailing list (for example, hosting and email platforms), under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing those services; and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to remove you, after which it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@kovaapp.ai. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you submit your email from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, with appropriate safeguards where required.
Children
This page is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Joining the waitlist reserves your interest — it does not create an account, guarantee access, pricing, or availability, or form any purchase or service agreement. KOVA’s products and features are in development and may change or be withdrawn before launch. Descriptions and demonstrations on this page, including example conversations, are illustrative only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to join.
Acceptable use
You agree to submit only your own email address and not to interfere with, probe, or disrupt this page or its systems.
Intellectual property
The KOVA name, mark, and all content on this page belong to KOVA AI Inc. or its licensors. No rights are granted except to view and use the page as intended.
Disclaimers
This page is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOVA disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOVA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this page, and our total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
